我国体能类项群基础项目竞技实力研究

摘　　要：在体育强国构建和大力挖掘体能类基础项目竞技实力的现实情况下,以江苏省等五省市在近三届全运会中取得的运动成绩作为研究对象,研究指出:山东、上海和广东队分别在田径、游泳和划船项目中处于领军地位,呈现出项目非均衡发展态势,而在各项目竞技实力发展方面也存在较大的差异。如山东队在田径项目中面临着江苏和辽宁队较大的竞技冲击;上海队在游泳项目中具有霸主地位,其他省市虽竞技实力都在提升,但尚不对其产生明显的冲击力;广东队虽在划船项目中处于领先水平,但自身水平在下滑。加强各省市及项目间人才与经验的交流,在竞技基础相对不足的省市举行大型综合运动会或单项锦标赛,采取适度差距中寻找系统优化的战略决策等措施以资促进我国体能类基础项目的更好更快发展。In sports power in the building and vigorously tap class physical infrastructure projects under the compet- itive strength of the reality, the five provinces of Jiangsu Province in the last three Games as an athletic performance achieved in the study. Study indicated that： Shandong, Shanghai and Guangdong team at track and field, swimming and boating projects in a leadership position, showing a trend competitive strength of the project development there is a big of non - balanced development project, and in the difference. Such as in Shandong team in track and field team faced a large, Jiangsu and Liaoning, the competitive impact; swimming team in Shanghai has a dominant position, although the competitive strength of other provinces and cities are improved, but not the public have a clear impact; Guangdong although rowing team leading the project level, but their levels decline. And projects to enhance inter - provincial exchange of talent and experience, based on the relative lack of competitive large - scale muhi - sport event held in cities or individual championship, taking the gap to find an appropriate strategic decision -making system optimization measures are provided to promote physical fitness class infrastructure projects in China more better and faster development.
