外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨CT在外伤性肾上腺血肿诊断中的价值。方法搜集并分析我院15例外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT影像表现。结果外伤性肾上腺血肿的直接征象是肾上腺区圆形或类圆形软组织密度灶,增强扫描病灶无强化是本病的特点。结论 CT扫描对外伤性肾上腺血肿的检出和诊断具有重要价值,增强扫描有助于外伤性肾上腺血肿定性鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the value of CT in diagnosis of traumatic adrenal Hematona. Methods CT imagings of 15 cases with traumatic adrenal hematoma were collected and analyzed. Results Traumatic adrenal hematoma of the adrenal region direct signs was circular or round soft tissue density range, non-enhanced was the focus of the disease characteristics . Conclusion CT play an important role in detecting and diagnosing of traumatic adrenal hematoma,and enhanced scan helps qualitative differential diagnosis of traumatic adrenal hematoma.
