摘　　要：本文首先介绍了射频测试中测量不确定度的影响因素;然后,结合LTE终端射频测试,以功率测试项为例,详细描述了评估、计算过程;最后阐明了评估测量不确定度的重要性和意义。The factors of calculating measurement uncertainty relating to the performance of RF test are focused on in this article.Then,combining with LTE RF conformance test and taking the power item as example,this article describes the process of evaluation and calculating the measurement uncertainty,and states the importance of the uncertainty.
