摘  要:目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)多重感染型别、年龄与高危型HPV感染的可能联系,以达到有效治疗和预防。方法采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因微阵列分型检测技术,对2264例女性宫颈细胞标本进行HPV基因型分型检测,分析多重感染型别、年龄与高危型HPV感染率及之间的关系。结果多重感染高危型HPV检出率为85.86%,单一感染高危型HPV检出率为45.41%,多重感染较单一感染高危型HPV检出率显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着合并感染型别数的增加,高危型HPV的检出率逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义(χ2=136.56,v=5,P<0.01);31~40岁年龄段高危型HPV的检出率为77.35%,较其他各个年龄段显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论多重感染较单一感染高危型HPV检出率显著增加(P<0.01),临床上应重视对>31岁HPV多重感染女性的治疗及随访。OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between the multiple human papillomavirus(HPV) infection,age and high-risk HPV subtype infection so as to achieve an effctive prevention and treatment.METHODS The cervical samples of 2264 women were detected with nucleic acid rapid flow-through hybridization microarray genotyping technology,then the correlation between the subtypes of multiple infections,age and the incidence of high-risk HPV infection was analyzed.RESULTS The detection rate of higj-risk HPV causing of multiple infections was 85.86%,the detection rate of HPV causing multiple infections significantly increased as compared with the single high-risk HPV(45.41%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.01);as the subtypes of the multiple infections increased,the detection rate of the high-risk HPV increased gradually(χ2=136.56,v=5,P0.01);the detection rate of the high-risk HPV was higher in the patients aged between 31 and 40 years of age(77.35%) than in other age groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).CONCLUSION The detection rate of the HPV causing multiple infections is significantly higher than that of the high-risk HPV causing the single infection(P0.01),so it is necessary to focus on the treatment and the follow-up of HPV multiple infections in the patients more than 31 years old.
