摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤患者医院感染的临床特点,为有效预防和降低肿瘤患者医院感染提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法对2008年1月-2010年12月医院感染资料进行分析。结果 98 593例住院患者中发生感染755例、1070例次,医院感染率为0.77%、例次感染率为1.32%;ICU和鼻咽科的科室感染率最高,分别为10.80%和3.17%;在所有感染患者中,患有鼻咽癌、淋巴瘤和肺癌的较多,构成比分别占19.74%、10.99%、9.94%;感染部位以呼吸系统、腹部和消化系统、手术部位的感染率较高,分别占48.35%、15.48%和14.25%;医院感染主要与癌症本身、手术及化疗等因素有关。结论肿瘤患者的医院感染主要发生在呼吸系统,癌症、手术与化疗等治疗手段是感染的危险因素。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical features and risk factors of nosocomial infections in cancer patients so as to provide basis for the effective prevention of the nosocomial infections in tumor patients.METHODS A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze all the reported cases with nosocomial infections from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010.RESULTS Of 98 593 hospitalized patients,nosocomial infections occurred in 755 cases with the infection rate of 0.77% and the case-time infection rate of 1.32%;the prevalence rates of the nosocomial infections were the highest in ICU（10.80%） and department of nasopharyngeal cancer（3.17%）,respectively;among all the patients with nosocmial infections,the patients with nasopharyngeal tumor,lymphoma and lung cancer accounted for 19.74%,10.99% and 9.94%,respectively;as for the infection sites,the respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract and the surgical site accounted for 48.35%,15.48% and 14.25%,respectively;nosocomial infection was mainly correlated with the predisposing factors such as cancer itself and operation as well as chemotherapy.CONCLUSION The prevalence of nosocomial infections is significantly high in tumor patients,and the cancer,surgery and the chemotherapy are the risk factors for nosocomial infections.
