外踝上动脉串联腓浅动脉超长轴岛状皮瓣修复创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外踝上动脉串联腓浅动脉超长轴岛状皮瓣修复前足软组织缺损的效果及术后感染的预防,为临床治疗提供参考。方法应用外踝上动脉串联腓浅动脉超长轴岛状皮瓣修复前足软组织缺损30例,并对其进行观察疗效。结果 30例岛状皮瓣全部成活,岛状皮瓣颜色及质地优良,随访3个月～1年,外观及功能满意。结论外踝上动脉串联腓浅动脉超长轴岛状皮瓣是修复前足软组织缺损的良好皮瓣,该皮瓣切取方便,血供丰富,不损伤肢体主要血管;应注意预防术后感染。OBJECTIVE To investigate the reconstructive effect of soft tissue injury of forefoot by lateral supramalleolar artery series superficial peroneal artery super long axis island skin flap so as to provide basis for the clinical treatment.METHODS Thirty patients with soft tissue injury of forefoot were treated with lateral supramalleolar artery series superficial peroneal artery super long axis island skin flap,the wound was repaired,and the efficacy was observed.RESULTS The island skin flap survived in all thirty patients.The color and texture of the island skin flaps were nearly normal.Their appearance and function were satisfactory after three months to one year follow-up.CONCLUSION Lateral supramalleolar artery series superficial peroneal artery super long axis island skin flap is a nice skin flap for the reconstruction of soft tissue injury of forefoot.The flap has a rich blood supply,and is easy to incise without trauma of major blood vessels.It is necessary to pay attention to the prevention of postoperative infections.
