院前急救护士特异性感染知识的认知现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解院前急救护士对特异性感染知识的认知状况。方法采用自行设计的问卷,调查荆州市76名院前急救护士对特异性感染知识的来源、得分以及对待特异性感染患者转运态度。结果院前急救护士对特异性感染认知得分总体较低(15.65±2.69)分,得分最高为消毒隔离管理(7.27±1.02)分、得分最低为终末处理(3.17±0.74)分;护士的认知水平与医院等级、护龄、职称有关,与学历无关;知识来源:81.58%来源于学校的课程教育,而工作后接受再教育的仅2.63%;转运的工作态度:100.00%具有恐惧心理,76.32%有抵触情绪,23.68%相信做好自身防护可以承担转运工作。结论院前急救护士对特异性感染知识的正确认知是预防职业危害的关键,应加强再教育与培训,提高认知水平,做好自我防护,特别是加强终末处理的指导,减轻护士的心理压力,有效预防职业暴露发生,更好地完成急救转运工作。OBJECTIVE To investigate the first aid nurses′ cognition about specific infection knowledge.METHODS By means of self-designed questionnaires,a total of 76 first aid nurses in Jingzhou were investigated for the source of knowledge about specific infections,the score and the attitude towards transporting specific infectors.RESULTS The total score of first aid nurses′ cognition about specific infection was relatively low（15.65±2.69）points;the maximum score was disinfection and isolation management（7.27±1.02）points and the minimum score was terminal handling（3.17±0.74）points;the cognition level was associated with the hospital rating,nursing life,and the title,but was not related to the education level;as for knowledge source,81.58% came from course education at school,only 2.63% accepted education after working;as for the attitude toward the transporting,100.00% of the nurses were with fear,76.32% held resentment towards it,and only 23.68% of the nurses believed that they could undertake transporting job if taking good self-protection.CONCLUSION The correct cognition about specific infection knowledge of first aid nurses is the key point to prevent occupational hazard;re-education and training should be strengthened to improve the cognition standard and make ourselves well-protected.Especially we should reinforce the guidance of terminal disinfection handling and relieve nurses′ mental pressure to prevent the occupational exposure so as to made the first-aid transporting operate successfully.
