摘 要:针对传统测功机工作时能量消耗严重的现象,本文研究出一种新型带能量回馈的异步电机测功系统。该系统采用直接转矩控制技术,通过给定异步测功机的电磁转矩来实现被试电机的负载加载,实现被试电机机械特性测试;通过构建直流母线,将异步测功机上的能量回馈到被试机,解决了传统测功机能源消耗严重问题。采用Matlab/simulink仿真表明,相比传统测功机,该系统大大降低了能源消耗。此外该系统也是双向测功系统,具有运用范围广泛、系统构建简便的特点。A new asynchronous dynamometer system with energy feedback is developed to solve the problem of serious energy consumption which exits in traditional dynamometer when working. Based on direct-torque control technology, the system accomplishes the mechanical properties test of motor under test (MUT). In the system, the load of MUT is applied by a given torque value of dynamometer. By building DC bus, the energy in dynamometer is feedbacked to MUT to solve the problem of serious energy consumption which exits in traditional dynamometer. Simulation by Matlab/simulink demonstrates that the system reduce energy consumption significantly, compared to traditional dynamometer. In addition, the system is a bidirectional dynamometer system with possessing the advantage of wide application and convenient construction.
