摘　　要：本文以天然气改质工程为背景,介绍了利用OPC技术实现西门子PLC与DeltaV DCS系统的通讯。在满足生产装置工艺及其安全性要求的前提下,将该项技术应用到节能减排优化中。With the project of CCR, the article introduces the achievement, by utilizing the OPC, in the communication between the Siemens S7-200 PLC and the DeltaV DCS. Under the presupposition of satisfying the requirements of technological process and safety production, the OPC technology applied to the optimization of the energy saving.
