摘　　要：为扩展标准PS/2接口键盘在嵌入式系统中的应用,通过分析PS/2协议,利用Verilog语言设计了PS/2键盘控制器,并作为自定义组件配置到Nios II处理器系统,开发相关应用程序后,完成了基于可编程片上系统技术的PS/2键盘接口电路。经过测试验证,此控制电路逻辑正确,并具备软硬件在系统可编程功能,可移植到通用嵌入式系统应用。For extended the application of standard PS/2 interface keyboard in the embedded system, with the analysis of PS/2 protocol, design a PS/2 keyboard controller by using Verilog language, and configure it to Nios II system as a custom component. With the development of application, complete the PS/2 keyboard interface circuit based on System on Programmable Chip technology. By testing and verification, the control circuit logic is correct, and has In System Programming function, can be transplanted into the general embedded system.
