摘　　要：城市社区卫生服务机构法人化需要着重处理好五种关系,即城市社区卫生服务政策与法律的关系,政府与城市社区卫生服务机构、社区居民的关系,城市社区卫生服务机构内部的组织结构关系,城市社区卫生服务中心与社区卫生服务站的关系,法人化过程中的整体推进和分类指导的关系。Five kinds of relationships should be properly dealt with in corporate governance of urban community health serv- ice institutions ,which are relationship between policies and laws on urban community health service,relationship among the gov- ernment,urban community health service institutions and community residents,internal relationship in organizational structure of urban community health service institutions, relationship between urban community health service institutions and health centers, and relationship between the overall advancement and classification guidelines in the process of corporation.
