摘　　要：本文阐述了DirectShow技术的设计模型和框架,详细介绍了开发通用数字高清视频工作站的环境和技术,并列举了其中的一些技术要点进行演示,以便让同行了解该要点对应代码的使用方法。该工作站的开发,实现了影像系统与影像归档和通讯系统(PACS)的完全融合,解决了医院原有工作站无法在当前新系统上运行的问题。This paper describes the desigu model and architeeture of DiceetShow technology, introduces the environment and technology of general digital high-definition video workstation development in detail, and demonstrates some key technical points, so as to make colleagues learn about the usage of corresponding code. Development of this workstation could realize complete integration of imaging system and PACS （Picture Archiving and Communication System）, and solve the problem that the original workstation could not operate on current new system.
