摘　　要：设计开发了急诊观察室系统,以适应急诊观察室的特殊业务模式。本文详细介绍了系统的工作流程设计和实现过程。该系统已在某三甲医院试运行,2011年的试运行数据表明,该系统的使用,使急诊观察室的医生和相关工作人员的工作量较2010年下降了82.3%。该系统也补充了我国缺乏适合急诊观察室特殊业务流程的信息系统的情况。To design and develop the emergency observation room（EOR） system, in order to adapt to the special business model of EOR. This paper detaitedly introduces the working process design and realization process of this system, which has been run tentatively in a grade A class 3 hospital. The trial data in 2011 shows that the application of this system can reduce the workload of EOR doctors and related working personnel by 82.3% compared with 2010. Meanwhile, the system also improves the lack of information system suitable to special business process of EOR in China.
