摘 要:目的针对医院卫生装备质量控制管理状况,研究实现物联网化的卫生装备质量控制管理方案,从而减少因卫生装备质量问题引起的医疗安全隐患,提高医疗质量水平。方法依据卫生装备质量控制物联网化管理要求及物联网应用特点,制定合理的实现方案。结果设计了包括感知层、网络层、应用层三大部分的卫生装备质量控制物联网化管理的应用框架,并对各部分功能进行了简要的描述。结论设计的物联网化应用框架,能实现医疗卫生装备在院内使用、流通过程的全方位实时质量监控,从而给予卫生装备最好的质量保障。Objective In view of the condition of quality control management of medical equipment in hospitals, to research management scheme for quality control of medical equipment based on Intemet of Things(lOT), further reduce the potential medical danger caused by medical equipment quality, then improve medical quality standards. Methods Designed reasonable implementation scheme according to management requirements of quality control about medical equipment based on lOT and characteristics of IOT. Results Application framework for quality control management of medical equipment, including IOT perception layer, network layer and application layer, has been designed. All the functions are briefly described in this paper. Conclusion The application framework can achieve comprehensive and real-time quality monitoring for equipment using and circulating in hospital, so as to ensure the best quality for the equipment.
