摘　　要：在乙类医用设备集中招标采购过程中,由于各种因素的影响,导致乙类医用设备采购过程困难重重。本文通过分析集中招标采购中问题产生的原因,从风险控制角度出发,提出了建立统一技术标准、中标产品信息库和统一专家库等相关解决办法。In the process of centralized bidding and procurement of secondary medical equipment, due to the influence of various factors, there are many difficulties during the procurement of secondary medical equipment. Through analyzing the causes of the problems in centralized bidding and procurement, this paper puts forward relevant solutions from the risk control perspective, including the establishment of a unified technical standard, a successful products information database and a unified expert database and so on.
