摘 要:采用混凝+微滤膜组合工艺处理与回用铝型材表面处理废水,考察了对废水中主要污染物Al3+、SO42-及浊度的去除效率以及出水回用于脱脂、碱蚀、中和、氧化等工序水洗的可行性。组合工艺稳定运行2周,尽管进水水质变化较大,但出水浊度稳定在10 NTU左右,Al3+和SO42-质量浓度稳定在8 mg/L和1 000 mg/L左右,出水水质完全可满足脱脂、碱蚀、中和、氧化等工序后水洗环节的用水要求。The combined process of coagulation+micro-filtration membrane separation (C+MFMS) has been used for treating aluminum profile anodizing line wastewater. The removing efficiencies of main pollutants, such as Al3+ and SO4^2- and turbidity are investigated. The feasibility of effluent reused in solvent degreasing,alkali corrosion, neutrali- zation,anodizing etc. is analyzed. During the two week stable operation stage,though the influent water quality changes greatly, the effluent turbidity stabilizes at 10 NTU, and the concentration of A13+ and SO4^2-can be stabilized at 8 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L respectively. The water quality of effluent can meet water-wash treatment requirements of solvent degreasing, alkali corrosion, neutralization, anodizing etc. process.
