摘  要:研究了利用直接电导检测-离子色谱法分离测定电厂水汽中Na+、NH4+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+5种阳离子的方法。选择色谱条件为Ion Pac CS12A阳离子交换柱,20 mmol/L甲基磺酸淋洗液,抑制性电导检测。该方法采用500μL进样,5种阳离子的检出限为0.03~0.13μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)在0.24%~2.5%之间,加标回收率为96%~110%,该方法具有选择性好、检出限低、灵敏度高、操作简便等特点,可用于电厂给水、凝结水、蒸汽等水样中阳离子的测定。The method by using direct conductivity detection-ion chromatography process for separating and deter- mining five kinds of cations : Na+, NH4+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ has been studied. The chromatographic condtions are Ion Pac CS12A cationic exchange column,20 mmol/L methanesuffonic acid leacheate and inhibiting electric-conductance detection. The sample used is 500 μL. Detection limit of the 5 kinds of cations is 0.03-0.13 μg/L, and relative stan- dard deviations (RSD, n=5) 0.24%-2.5%, and the standard recoveries 96%-110%. This method is characterized by good selectivity, low detection limit ,high sensitivity, easy operation, etc. It can be used for determining cations in samples, such as water supply in power plants, condensed water, steam, etc.
