摘　　要：近年来,为加强国家廉政建设,有学者建议取消各地驻京办,改由中央政府在地方设立办事接待机构。为了摸清民意,为政府权力结构改革提供重要参考依据,国家社会科学基金重大课题《法治视野下的政府权力结构和运行机制研究——决策权、执行权、监督权的制约与协调》之子课题《政府权力结构改革》课题组,就此对不同层次、不同地区公务员发放了调查问卷,开展调查研究。基于调查结果的实证分析,具有有益的启示意义。In recent years, for strengthening China＇s clean government construction, some scholars suggest establishing government＇s reception organization in locality instead of liaison offices in Beijing. In order to find out the public opinion and to provide important reference basis for government＇s power structure reform, the ＇Government＇s Power Structure Reform＇ research group, the sub-subject of China＇s National Social？Science？Fund＇s significant subject ＇Research on Government＇s Power Structure and Operation System under the Perspective of Rule of Law Restriction and Coordination of Decision-making, Enforcement and Supervision Power＇, takes investigation and research of civil servants at different levels in different areas, hence the empirical analysis in this paper.
