蒙药孟根乌苏-18治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蒙药孟根乌苏-18治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选择148例符合诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组合和对照组,治疗组给予孟根乌苏-18,对照组给予中成药迪银片。结果:治疗组与对照组临床总体疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为94.59%,对照组总有效率为83.45%,两组总体疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:蒙药孟根乌苏-18治疗银屑病疗效确切,能明显改善银屑病患者临床症状。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Menken Usu-18 treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：74 cases met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group received Menken Usu-18,the control group was given Diyin tablet.Results：Compared to the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59%,of the control group was 83.45%,the overall efficacy of the two groups had significant differences（P〈0.05）,so the treatment group has more effect than the control group.Conclusion：Mongolian medicine Menken Usu-18 is an effective treatment of psoriasis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
