台琼海桐根、茎中24种元素的ICP-AES/ICP-MS测定

摘  要:采用HNO3和H2O2的混合溶剂消解台琼海桐根、茎样品,再用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品消解液中的Li、B、Mg、Al、P、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Sr、Ba、Cd、Pb、Na、K、Be、Tl、Mo等24种元素的含量。结果显示,台琼海桐根、茎中含有较丰富的人体必需的宏量与微量元素,其中Ca、K、Mg、P的含量很高,而且在茎中K、P的含量比根中的要高。所用方法的准确度用国家一级标准物质进行对比分析,精密度RSD在0.5%~6.9%,可以满足本实验测定结果要求。The 24 inorganic elements including Li,B,Mg,Al,P,Ca,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Sr,Ba,Cd,Pb,Na,K,Be,Tl and Mo in roots and stems of P. pentandrum(Blanco)Merr. were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with HNO3 and H2O2 digestion.The experiment results show that roots and stems of P. pentandrum(Blanco)Merr. contain rich amount of essential macro and trace elements,among which the contents of Ca,K,Mg and P are high,and in the stem Kand P contents are higher than that in roots.The methods are verified by comparative analysis of the standard reference material,and the precision RSD was in the range of 0.5%~6.9%.This method was applied to the determination of inorganic elements in the sample of P. pentandrum(Blanco) Merr. with good accuracy and precision.
