摘 要:目的:从刺梨中提取刺梨多糖,将其与铁(Ⅲ)合成多糖铁复合物(RPC),建立RPC中铁含量的测定方法。方法:热水浸泡法提取刺梨多糖;在碱性条件(pH=8.0),刺梨多糖水溶液与三氯化铁反应合成制备刺梨多糖铁RPC,邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定RPC中铁(Ⅲ)的含量。结果:RPC为红褐色的无定型粉末,RPC中铁(Ⅲ)的含量为23.30%。结论:为刺梨多糖铁口服补铁剂的研究提供了基础。Objective:Rose roxburghii Tratt polysaccharide was extracted from Rose roxburghii Tratt,then Roseroxburghii Tratt polysaccharide-Fe(Ⅲ) complex(RPC) was synthesized with Rose roxburghii Tratt polysaccharide and FeCl3.The study established the method of determination of iron in RPC.Methods:Rose roxburghii Tratt polysaccharide was Abstracted with warm water.RPC was synthesized with Rose roxburghii Tratt polysaccharide and FeCl3,under the alkaline condition(pH=8.0).At last the Fe(Ⅲ) content in RPC was detected by phenanthroline spectrophotometry.Results:RPC was heavy brownish red and shapeless powder.The content of Fe(Ⅲ) in RPC was 23.30% detected by phenanthroline spectrophotometry.Conclusion:It provides a basis for the Oral supplement iron agent of Rose roxburghii Tratt polysaccharide-Fe(Ⅲ)
