本体感觉反射手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎41例

摘　　要：目的:观察人体本体感觉反射疗法对肱骨外上髁炎的治疗效果。方法:对41例肱骨外上髁炎患者,实施人体本体感觉反射整复手法1个疗程,采用视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)及压力测痛仪(kg/cm2)压痛情况分别于治疗前和治疗后予以评定,治疗前、后分值比较采用配对t检验。结果:41例病人症状体征均得到不同程度的改善,治疗前、后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:人体本体感觉反射无损伤手法整复术是一种治疗肱骨外上髁炎的有效方法。Objective：To study the clinical effect on external humeral epicondylitis with proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy.Methods：41 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were treated with proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy for 5 days.The clinical effect was evaluated by visual analog score simulation（VAS） and instrument for measuring pain（kg/cm^2） before and after treatment.The statistical analysis of the score before and after treatment was made by matching t test.Results：The clinical symptoms of 41 patients were improved compared with pre-treatment,there were statistically significant differences before and after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion：Proprioceptive sensibility reflexotherapy is an effective therapy on treating external humeral epicondylitis.
