摘　　要：目的:筛选针刺内关穴并采用捻转手法改善大脑中动脉阻塞模型(MCAo)Wistar大鼠神经功能行为学最佳针刺频率和时间优化方案。方法:参照Zea-Longa线拴法复制Wistar大鼠MCAo模型,分别施以频率1、2、3次/s,时间5、60、180s不同组合下的针刺干预,以大鼠神经功能行为学为评价效应指标。结果:针刺时间和频率参数3次/s,60s较其它实验组能够非常显著的改善MCAo大鼠的行为学,P<0.01。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法中内关穴的针刺频率和时间存在最优搭配方案为3次/s,60s。Objective：To select the optimal stimulating frequency and time at Neiguan acupoint and twisting method for improving the neurological behavior of MCAo Wistar rats.Methods：Male Wistar rats subjected to MCAo with suture method by Zea-Longa were treated by acupuncture with different matches of stimulating frequency and time（once a second,twice a second,3 times a second;5s,60s,180s respectively）.The neurological deficit scores of Wistar rats were assessed as the effecting indicators.Results：The optimal stimulating frequency and time were 3 times a second for 60s,which can improve the neurological deficit score after MCAo very significantly,（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Neiguan acupoint in Xingnao and Kaiqiao method has an optimal frequency and time that is three times a second,lasting for 60s.
