摘 要:目的:揭示昆明种气虚小鼠脾脏免疫相关通路基因差异转录的特征。方法:运用小鼠计量化四诊及辨证方法,采用Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Exon 1.0 ST Array等技术,在正常昆明种小鼠中筛选气虚证者,与正常无气虚证小鼠对照,检测其脾脏B细胞受体信号传导通路基因表达差异。结果:气虚证小鼠脾脏B细胞受体信号传导通路相关基因出现了不同程度的紊乱与下调。结论:气虚证小鼠,B细胞受体信号传导通路相对表达量整体呈下调趋势,提示该通路总体处于机能低下的状态。Objective:To explore the character of gene expression of B lymphocytes receptor signal pathway in spleen of Kunming mice with Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:By the quantitative four diagnosis and syndrome differentiation methods and Gene Chip Mouse Exon 1.0 ST Array,mice with Qi deficiency syndrome were distinguished from the normal mice,and compared in order to detect the differentially expressed genes.Results:The gene expression of B lymphocytes receptor signal pathway showed disorder and down-regulate in different degrees in Qi deficiency syndrome mice.Conclusion:The gene expression of B lymphocytes receptor signal pathway of mice with Qi deficiency syndrome has a down-regulating trend,indicating the pathway is in a condition of underactivity.
