摘 要:先导式大流量电液比例方向阀控制精度高、响应速度快,能精确实现流量的方向控制和比例控制,这对于电液比例系统的高精度控制及其整体性能提高具有重要的意义。针对某型号的先导式大流量电液比例方向阀建立其静、动态特性和先导阀与主阀匹配研究的仿真模型,进行理论计算和仿真研究。仿真结果表明该阀的静、动态特性较好,先导阀与主阀匹配良好,为阀优化设计奠定了基础。Hight capacity electro-hydraulic proportional direction valves can be controlled precisely with fast re- sponse, and realize direction control and proportional control of the flow accurately, which is of great significance to the accuracy control of electro-hydraulic proportional system and the improvement of the whole system. Aimed at a type of hight capacity electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve, a simulation model has been built for its static, dynamic performances and research on the pilot valve and main valve matching. And the theoretical calculation and simulation research have been done. The resuhs show that the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the valve are good and pilot valve and the main valve match well, which can provide the foundation for the development and ap- plication.
