台商大陆投资及区位选择影响因素研究

摘　　要：以对79家台商投资企业的问卷调查所得一手数据为样本,对台商投资大陆以及投资区位选择的影响因素进行了描述性统计分析,结果显示除集聚因素、市场因素、政策因素、劳动力因素等传统影响因素外,人文因素也是影响台商投资的重要因素.进一步,研究通过建立有序响应变量的累积logit模型,验证了劳工供应、租税奖励诱因、大陆市场广阔、成长迅速、海外人才引入方便性等因素是台商投资意愿的重要影响因素.This paper mainly finishes two jobs and draws two important conclusions. Firstly, we apply Descriptive Statistics Analysis Method to the study of the influencing factors of Taiwan direct investment to the mainland of China, using the first-hand survey results of 79 Taiwan companies, who invest the mainland of China directly, as the analysis data. The results show that apart from the traditional influencing factors, such as agglomeration effect, market factors, policy factors, labor factors, etc, human and culture factors also influence Taiwan companies＇ investment and the location choice a lot. Most Taiwan companies like to invest in the place where there hometown is. Secondly and further, we apply Cumulative Odds Logit Model to the analysis of the investment willingness of Taiwan companies, finding that labor supplying, low tax rate and other encourage and reward factors, broad and fast- growing market as well as the convenience of appealing to the elites from overseas are the remarkable influencing factors of investment willingness that they concerned about.
