农业企业社会环保责任的博弈分析

摘　　要：环境保护是农业企业实践社会责任获取经济效益和生态效益的一项重要内容。本文在辨析农业企业社会责任涵义、特点和存在问题的基础上,以银河杜仲公司及所在区域为研究对象,用系统动力学刻画出环境污染成因及其主导反馈结构,并通过定义环境污染治理的演化博弈随机状态,结合环境污染治理的策略矩阵,得出环境问题产生的根源,并从农业企业、政府和公众角度提出政策建议,以期为农业企业实践社会责任提供参考。Environmental protection is an important element that agricultural enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities for economic and ecological benefits. On the basis of discerning the connotations, features and problems of social responsibilities of agri- cultural enterprises, a main feedback structure of YHDZ ecosystem environmental pollution has been set up with the system dynamics. In the portrayal of the environmental pollution causes, the root causes of environmental pollution has been found by the definition of stochastic stable states and the analysis of strategy matrix of environmental pollution control. Policy sugges- tions have been proposed from the points of agricultural enterprises, government and society in order to help agricultural en- terprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
