摘　　要：在全球经济一体化的今天,高技术经济正在迅速发展,科学技术已经成为第一生产力。产业创新联盟的组建成为了建设创新型国家的关键,也是应对国外产业技术竞争的重要手段。通过以美国经典的产业创新集群——美国微电子与计算机技术公司为案例,详细阐述其组织结构、运营模式及其演变的历史,总结其得失成败与经验教训,为我国产业创新联盟的组建与管理提供建议与参考。Nowadays with the integration of world economy, hi - tech economy is developing at a rapid speed and the tech- nology has become the most important productive forces. The formation of industry innovation alliance is critical to build an innovative country as well as important means to response to foreign competition in industrial technology. The paper takes the classic industry innovation cluster in United States--the American microelectronics and computer technology corpora- tions as an example to elaborate its organizational structure, operating mode and evolving history. Ultimately, it summarizes the success, the failure and the lessons learned from the example to serve as proposals and references for the formation and management of industry innovation alliance in China.
