摘　　要：介绍了美国研发经费统计数据的主要来源,以及不同数据源之间的差别与联系;比较分析了美国联邦机构研发经费的投入特点及其近二十年的变化发展趋势,说明美国研发经费统计工作的系统性、规范性、有效性,并期待用于指导我国研发经费的管理与实践。The paper first introduced the main sources of R＆D statistic data in America, then analyzed the characteristics and trends of federal R＆D by agency during the recent 20 years. We hoped that the explaining of the systematic, norma- tive, and effective function of this statistic work in America will be help to our R＆D management in China.
