含三唑与噻二唑Schiff碱的合成与植物激素活性研究

摘　　要：合成了 10种三氮唑与噻二唑的新 Schiff碱 ,讨论了它们的物理性质、U V、IR、1 H NMR和元素分析 .生物活性测试发现了一些化合物具有优良的植物激素活性 ,其中噻二唑的 Schiff碱具有优良的生长素活性 ,而三唑的 Schiff碱具有好的细胞分裂素活性和优异的生根性能 .Ten Schiff base of triazole and thiadiazole have been synthesized for the first time Thier physical constants,UV,IR, 1H NMR,elementary analysis and biological activity were originally studied.It is found from the results of biological activity tests that some compounds have a good activity on plant growth hormone.The Schiff base of thiadiazole have a excellent activity on auxin,the Schiff base of triazole have a good activity on cytokinin and excellent function on growth of root.
