摘　　要：通过宏观和微观两个维度对"十一五"期间专利制度在芜湖市的运行绩效进行了综合评估。评估结果表明:专利制度有力激励了芜湖的发明创造,有效促进了其经济的发展,并且极大推动了该区域在技术创新意识、技术创新能力、GDP创新科技含量等微观层面上的发展。芜湖在专利领域的成功对于安徽其他城市具有重要启示。The paper makes an overall evaluation on the ＂Eleventh Five -Year＂ period＇ s operating performance of pa- tent system in Wuhu through macro and micro dimensions. The assessment result shows that, the patent system strongly encourages the invention of Wulau, effectively promotes its economic development; and greatly contributes to the region in awareness of technology innovation, ability of technology innovation and GDP -teeh innovation. The success in the field of patents in Wuhu has an important enlightenment on other cities in Anhui.
