摘　　要：在深入分析国内外重要管理学期刊论文的基础上,以《美国管理学会学报》2010年第1期的论文为例,从研究问题的来源与选择、理论创新的方法、文献回顾与理论假设提出和理论的阐述四方面着手,提出了管理学论文理论建构探讨性的建议。Based on a deep analysis of thesis in key management science magazines at home and abroad, the paper takes vol. 53 NO. 1 in 2010 of 《Academy of Management Journal》 for example, discusses four questions as the source and selection of research problem, literature review and theory hypothesis, methods of theory innovation and the theory pres- entation. The paper gives some suggestions on theory construction of management thesis.
