摘 要:以动态光谱分析法研究血红蛋白作为过氧化物酶的催化作用和在胶束及反向胶束中的反应机理 .通过研究反胶束中酶促反应活性中间体 ,即对微环境中的酶 -底物配合物分子光谱行为进行监测 ,发现含血红素的生物大分子在催化过程中具有典型的过氧化物酶特征 .导出催化过程速率方程 ,为酶法分析活性氧分子及血红素衍生物提供化学动力学理论依据 .Application of spectrophotometric methods and dynamic spectroscopy methods in studies on functional enzymology and micelle enzymology especially about peroxidase analogue have been discussed. It was found Hb that had high catalytic activity like that of peroxidase in the presence of surfactants. The catalytic activity of hemoglobin in reversed micelle was increased and some phenomena about the intermediate, which could not be observed in non\|micelle solution and ordinary micelle media solution , can be detected. The probable reaction mechanism was proposed and the reaction rate equation was got. Based on the sensitively spectrophotometric feature of enzyme catalyzed reaction, new and sensitive methods was developed for the determination of peroxide hydrogen or/and Heme\| protein.
