摘 要:为改进后的图案编码的识别和三维坐标的计算提供理论和技术依据.测量物体的三维坐标,恢复物体三维面形图.用3灰度级块状图案构成编码图案投射到被测物体上,通过新的解码算法实现对应点之间的匹配,并用坐标变换方式计算三维坐标.找出了对应点并给出对应点的三维坐标公式,测出了简单物体的三维坐标,恢复了三维面形.所用方法具有操作简单,数据获得快,易于实现的特点.To provide theoretical and technical methods for recognizing encoded pattern and achieving 3D multi-spot surface profiling, measure 3D coordinates and reconstruct the surface profile of an object, the encoded pattern with three gray levels and the new decoding algorithm were used to solve the correspondence problem and the geometric method of coordinate transformation was used to calculate 3D coordinates. The encoded pattern was recognized successfully and the formula for range data was deduced. 3D coordinates were attained and the profile was reconstructed. This method has the advantages of simple operation, fast acquirement of data and easy implementation.
