摘  要:观察飞龙掌血( Taddalia asiatica Lam)水提物(飞龙一号, F01)对正常动物心脏功能和血液动力学的影响。方法:正常家猫麻醉后开胸,在人工呼吸下观测用药前后动物左心室内压、左室舒张末期压、心室内压变化速率、动脉血压、心输出量和心率等各项参数的变化。结果:两种剂量(73.5、 127mg/kg)的 F01静脉注射后,显著降低 LVP、TPVR、SBP、DBP、MBP、LVWI、TTI和 dp/dt_(max)(P<0.05或 P<0.01);TFI×HR、-dp/dt_(max)、CO、CI和 SI在使用 F01 127 mg/kg后有显著性降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),但在使用小剂量F01(73.5mg/kg)后变化不显著(P>0.05);t-dp/dt_(max)和Vce-CPIP在用药后稍有下降(P>0.05);LVEDP和HR几乎无变化。结论:F01除扩张外周血管降低心脏的后负荷外,对心脏有明显抑制作用,从而显著减少心肌作功和耗氧,可能是其抗心肌缺血的另一作用机制。Aim: To observe foe effects of toddalia asiatica aqueous extract(Fei Long No 1, F01 ) on cadiac function and hemodynamics in normal animal. Methods: Two doses(73. 5, 127 mg/kg) of F01 were injected per femoral vein into the anesthetized open - chest cats, LVP. LVEDP. dp/dt \ BP. CO and HR were performed before and after administration of F01. t - test paired was used for the statistical analysis. Results: All two doses of F01 significantly reduced various indices as follows: LVP, TPVR, SBP, DBP, MBP, LVWI, TTI and dp/dt_(max). But only F01 127 mg/kg induced a significant decrease in TTI x HR, - dp/dt_(max), CO, CI and SI. These effects were correlated with the dosage. Vce - CPIP, and t - dp/dt_(max) had not marked changes. LVEDP and HR had ode little change. Conclusion: F01 has inhibited at the heart markedly besides vasodilative effect, so that the left ventricle work and consumption of oxygen are ruduced significantly. These are probable the mechanism of the protective effect of F01 on myocrdial ischemia.
