摘  要:通过乳液聚合方法制备了有机硅弹性体泡沫,制备的油包水型乳液的液滴直径小于20μm。讨论了乳液中水和交联剂的用量对泡沫材料密度、孔隙率、孔尺寸的影响。研究表明,硅树脂对硅氧烷交联体有良好的增强作用;采用高氢值、低用量的含氢硅油作为交联剂,弹性体泡沫材料泡孔尺寸减小,密度增高;弹性体泡沫密度随乳液水含量的增加而降低。The siloxane elastomer foams were prepared by emulsion technique.The water-in-oil emulsion was obtained and the droplet size of emulsion was no more than 20m.The fabrication procedures of siloxane elastomer foams was presented,and the content of water and the cross-linker which would influence the density,porosity,cell size of the foam were also discussed.It was found that the silicone resin could be used to strengthen the siloxane elastomer foams.The elastomer foam density was increased,and the cell size was decreased when the low content silicone oil with high active hydrogen content was used as cross-linker.The density of the foam was decreased as the water content of the emulsion was increased.
