摘  要:为了改善焦油沥青COPNA树脂较差的耐热性以及较低的残炭量,采用戊二醛代替部分三聚甲醛合成了改性焦油沥青基COPNA树脂,红外分析确认了醛羰基与稠环的加成反应。软化点和热失重分析表明,戊二醛能够较好地交联稠环芳烃,随戊二醛用量的增加,树脂的交联效果以及残炭量均有提高。当交联剂用量1.0mol,戊二醛/三聚甲醛摩尔比为2∶8时,树脂残炭量达42.2%,比焦油沥青高7.2%。To improve heat resistance and carbon residue,the tar asphalt based COPNA resin was prepared through glutaraldehyde replacing part of trioxane as cross-linking agent.The addition of carbonyl to polycylic aromatic hydrocarbon was investigated by using FT-IR.Soften point and thermogravimetry showed that polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon could more crosslinking by glutaraldehyde.The effects of corsslinking and carbon residue wire improved along with increasing content of glutaraldehyde.When the crosslinking agent was 1.0moL and glutaraldehyde/trioxyane mole ratio was 2∶8,the carbon residue was 42.2%,which was 7.2% higher than tar asphalt.
