摘 要:以湿法球磨改性高岭土、炭黑、白炭黑作为原材料,对天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶进行填充,制备了橡胶复合材料,主要考察了浆液浓度、改性剂类型、改性剂用量对高岭土粒度的影响,以及填料用量、填料类型、填料配合对橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:高岭土浆液浓度为20%,KH-Si69用量为2.8%时获得最小粒径的改性高岭土;高岭土填充橡胶与纯橡胶相比,其拉伸强度和撕裂强度有较大提高;高岭土的补强作用明显,跟白炭黑相当,与炭黑仍有一定差距;填料配合填充丁苯橡胶时,高岭土可部分替代炭黑、完全替代白炭黑,有效降低制品的生产成本。A series of nature rubber(NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) composites based on carbon black,silica and wet ball-milling modified kaolin were prepared by melt blending.The effect of kaolin slurry concentration,modifier type and modifier dosage on the particle size of modified kaolin,and the effect of filler content,filler type and filler combination on the mechanical properties of the rubber composites were researched.The modified kaolin particles reached the smallest size on the condition of 20% slurry concentration and 2.8% KH-Si69 dosage.The tensile strength?and tear strength of rubbers with kaolin were obviously improved compared to the pure rubbers.The enhancement of kaolin was well,but obviously inferior to carbon black and equivalent to silica.Kaolin could partially replace carbon black and completely replace silica in SBR composites with their compound additions.Therefore,the kaolin could reduce the production cost.
