摘  要:围绕造船门式起重机结构缺陷对起重机安全运行的风险评价问题,以造船门式起重机主要结构缺陷之一的裂纹为例,基于模糊层次分析法建立了裂纹对造船门式起重机安全的影响指标体系,构造了裂纹的模糊综合评价矩阵,提出了裂纹评定准则,并对该起重机的裂纹情况进行定性和定量化安全评价,得出了安全等级,经过实际工程验证该方法具有较强的可行性和合理性。Aiming at the safety assessment for the defective structure of shipbuilding gantry crane to the crane normal operation,with one of its main structural defects-crack-as an example,the evaluation index system regarding the impact of cracks on the safety of shipbuilding gantry crane is established based on the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix of cracks is built,with the crack evaluation criterion put forward.Then some experts are organized to perform the qualitative and quantitative safety assessment for the crane cracks,with the safety level figured out.The further engineering practice shows that such method is of strong feasibility and rationality.
