摘  要:连续管是连续管钻井作业中的关键部件。复合材料连续管因其具有高强度、高柔韧性和良好的耐腐蚀性在国外得到了良好的发展。通过综合分析国外复合材料连续管技术现状,并根据连续管钻井工况要求,设计了一种由内衬层、结构层和外保护层组成的3层结构复合材料连续管。内衬层主要功能为耐腐蚀,耐磨损,防渗漏;结构层能承受管体轴向拉力及压力;外保护层可以耐磨损,耐腐蚀。采用ANSYS有限元软件对结构层进行了强度分析。分析结果表明,采用高强度玻璃纤维和改性树脂通过连续编织拉挤成型工艺制备复合材料连续管结构层是可行的。通过模态分析计算,得到了其各阶振型和固有频率。Coil tubing (CT) is the key part in CT drilling operation. Composite material CT has developed well abroad due to its high strength, high flexibility and strong corrosion resistance. Making a comprehensive analysis of the present technological situation of foreign composite CT and referring to the requirement of CT drilling condition, a type of three-layer composite CT which is composed of inner liner, structural layer and external protection layer was designed. The main functions of the inner liner include corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and leakage prevention. The structural layer can bear the axial pull and pressure of the tubing body. The external protection layer can resist abrasion and corrosion. The ANSYS software was adopted to analyze the strength of the structural layer. The analysis shows that it is feasible to adopt high strength glass fiber and modified resin to prepare the structural layer of composite CT with the continuous braid pultrusion technology. The vibration pattern and natural frequency of every order are obtained through modal analysis and computation.
