摘 要:涩北气田含气井段长、地层胶结疏松、压力低,储层出砂十分严重,采用常规冲砂作业时井筒内流体极易漏失到地层,对地层造成伤害。为此,引进了连续管氮气泡沫冲砂技术。该技术可实现不动管柱带压作业,可最大限度地缩短停产作业时间;配置的低密度泡沫液可有效控制液柱压力,防止低压出砂井作业时常见的漏失问题。现场应用结果表明,连续管氮气泡沫冲砂工艺成功解决了涩北气田地层压力低,常规冲砂井漏的技术难题,实现了安全、高效、低成本作业,平均可缩短工期84 h,可节约作业费用50%,同时还具有安全环保的优势。In Sebei Gasfield there are long gaseous well section, loose formation cementation, low pressure and serious reservoir sand production. It is very easy for the fluid in the shaft to leak into the formation if conventional sand washing is adopted. As a result it will do harm to the formation. Therefore, the Downhole Operation Company of Qinghai Oilfield introduced the coiled tubing (CT) nitrogen foam sand washing technology. The technology can a- chieve the snubbing service with the original production string and can shorten the shutdown time to a maxi- mum. The allocated low-density foam liquid can effectively control the pressure of fluid column, preventing the common leakage during the operation in low pressure sand production well. The field application shows that the technology successfully solves the technological problems of low formation pressure and leakage in conventional sand wash- ing in Sebei Gasfield. The safe, high-efficiency and low-cost operation is achieved. The average operation duration can be shortened by 84 h and 50% of the operation cost can be saved. Meanwhile, it has the strength of safety and environmental protection.
