摘 要:连续管冲砂洗井技术在水平井的应用由于砂粒运移模型复杂化而受到限制,拟建立实用的连续管水平井冲砂洗井水力计算模型,得到采用砂粒粒径范围来判断的竖直井筒砂粒沉降末速度计算模型,并指出应考虑颗粒群干扰沉降影响。同时,还探讨了连续管水平井筒临界携岩速度计算模型,提出了水平井筒临界携岩速度为竖直井筒砂粒沉降末速度的6倍模型,并以此为依据计算了连续管水平井冲砂所需最低流量,所得结果对现场作业有一定的指导意义。The application of the coiled tubing (CT) sand washing and well flushing technology is restricted by the complexity of the sand grain movement pattern. The paper is to establish the practical hydraulic calculation model for CT sand washing and well flushing in horizontal well. It obtains the calculation model of sand grain settlement final velocity in vertical borehole by judging the range of sand grain diameter. It points out that the interfering effect of grain groups on sand settlement should be considered. Meanwhile, the paper discusses the calculation model of critical cuttings carrying velocity of CT in horizontal wellbore, and proposes the model that the critical cuttings carrying velocity of CT in horizontal wellbore is six times the velocity of sand settlement final velocity in straight wellbore. On the basis of this, the paper calculates the minimum flowrate required by CT sand washing and well flushing in horizontal well. The study can serve as a guide to field operation.
