摘 要:小直径管排水采气技术能使起泡剂通过小直径管直接快速到达出液段、水淹段,起泡剂扩散效果好,与液体接触面积大,采气效果好。介绍了小直径管排水采集装置的结构、工作原理及在四川气田实施的几种工艺,即与电潜泵结合死井复产工艺、与气举车气举相结合死井复产工艺、在生产井中边注边采工艺及小直径管测试工艺。实施结果表明,小直径管排水采气技术不仅适用于低压气井排水采气,也适用于低压高产井排水采气;小直径管排水采气技术为四川气田井下有封隔器、油套环空不通井提供了解决井内积液问题的新方法。The technology of drainage gas recovery (DGR) with small-diameter coiled tubing (CT) can make frother arrive at the fluid outlet section and the waterflooded section directly and quickly. The dispersion effect of frother is desirable, the contact area between liquid and frother is large and the gas recovery effect is satisfactory. The paper introduces the structure and operating principle of the small-diameter CT DGR device and several corresponding technologies adopted in Sichuan Gasfield. The technologies include the technology of combining the device with electric submersible pump to restore dead well production, the technology of combining the device with gas lift vehicle lifting to restore dead well production, the technology of injection and recovery in production well and the technology of small-diameter CT well testing. The implementation shows that the technology is suitable for both DGR in low pressure gas well and DGR in low pressure and high productivity well. The technology offers a new solution to the borehole effusion for tubing-casing annular plugged wells with a downhole packer in Sichuan Gasfie-ld.
