新农村建设中农民满意度分析——基于湖北省的经验数据

摘　　要：湖北新农村建设效果明显,根据调研数据分析发现,湖北新农村建设农民满意度总体上为6.065,二级指标中的义务教育、社会保障、农业科技与培训、农田水利设施、惠农政策的满意度偏低。受调查对象的家庭年收入、年龄、职业、受教育年限对农民满意度提升有积极影响。强化湖北新农村建设中的规划支持、优先解决农民急需的公共产品与服务(如义务教育、基本医疗、社会保险和信息服务等)、规范乡村管理能促进农民满意度的提高。The effect of new countryside construction in Hubei province is obvious.Through the survey data's analysis,we find that farmers' satisfaction degree of new countryside construction in Hubei is 6.065,and some second-class targets' satisfaction degree is lower than others,including compulsory education,social security,agriculture science and training,farmland water conservancy facilities,policy of supporting agriculture and benefiting farmers.Respondents' household income,age,career,and square of education length have positive effect on farmers' satisfaction,but square of household income,square of age,education length,work experience,family income sources will go against farmers' satisfaction.In order to promote farmers' satisfaction degree,we should strengthen planning support for new countryside construction,give prior to providing public goods & public service,regulate countryside management.
