益母草对绿壳蛋鸡血液生化指标及激素的影响

摘　　要：将280只50周龄健康、生产性能相近的黑羽绿壳蛋鸡随机均分为4组,每组设5个重复,每个重复14只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%益母草粉,观察其对黑羽绿壳蛋鸡血清生化指标、血液激素及卵巢的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,在绿壳蛋鸡日粮中添加1.0%和1.5%益母草粉可显著降低血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量,提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、雌二醇(E2)和促卵泡激素(FSH)含量,增加卵巢相对重量。益母草可以影响脂肪代谢,具有降低血脂的作用,考虑到生产成本问题,最适添加量为1.0%。Two hundred and eighty 50-weeks Green-eggshell chickens were randomly allotted to 4 treatments,each group was assigned 5 replications and 14 layers per replication.The control group was provided with corn-soybean meal basal diet,the trial groups were respectively fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%,1.0% and 1.5% Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet,in order to observe the influence to biochemical parameters,hormone and ovary in Green-eggshell chickens.The results were showed as follows： compared with the control group,1.0% and 1.5% Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet added to Green-eggshell chickens could significantly decrease TC,TG and LDL,apparently increase HDL,E2,FSH and ovarian relative weight.Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet could affect fat metabolism,reduce the content of blood lipid.For saving cost,the most appropriate volume was 1.0%.
