摘　　要：细胞凋亡是细胞为维持内环境稳定,更好地适应生存环境而主动形成的一种自我死亡过程,它涉及一系列基因的激活、表达及调控等作用。附植前的胚胎就已经观察到凋亡的发生,研究认为超出一程度的凋亡不利于胚胎的发育。作者主要对哺乳动物附植前胚胎发生凋亡的研究进行阐述,为改进体外培养体系、提高胚胎质量提供一定的理论依据。Apoptosis is a process that cells autonomicly go to death,so that to maintain homeostasis and adapt to living environment.Apoptosis involves a series of gene activation,expression and regulation.It has been observed that there are the occurrence of apoptosis during preimplantation embryos development,but if the degree of apoptosis is beyond the normal range,and it is not conducive to the development of embryos.This paper provides a review of the current state of knowledge on apoptosis during preimplantation embryo development,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of embryo in vitro culture.
