基础及垂体降调节后性激素水平对IVF结局影响的Logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基础性激素以及垂体降调节后性激素对IVF结局的影响。方法回顾性分析374例第1次行IVF-ET治疗并进行鲜胚移植的不孕症患者,以是否临床妊娠分为两组,采用二分类变量Logistic回归分析基础激素以及垂体降调节后性激素与临床妊娠间的关系。结果两组间年龄、体重指数等指标无统计学差异,不孕时间、基础FSH、基础LH、基础FSH/LH有统计学意义(P<0.05);二分类变量Logistic回归分析结果显示,基础LH、基础FSH有统计学意义(P<0.05),OR值及95%CI分别是0.813(0.677～0.975)与1.326(1.113～1.580)。结论不孕时间、基础FSH、基础LH以及基础FSH/LH对IVF结局存在一定的影响,其中不孕时间、基础FSH与基础LH为临床妊娠的重要影响因素。Objective To study the influence of basal sex hormone and sex hormone after putuitary down - regulation on IVF out- come. Methods A retrospective study was done on 374 IVF - ET cycles who received their first IVF - ET and all had fresh embryo trans- plantation. All the cycles were divided into two groups by their clinical pregnancy outcome,then the relationgship between basal sex hor- mone and sex hormone after putuitary down - regulation and clinical pregnancy was studied by logistic regression analysis. Results The infertility duration,basic FSH,basic LH and basic FSH/LH were significantly different between the two groups,but other makers, such as age,body mass index,had no difference between the groups. The results of logistic regression analysis revealed that basic LH and basic FSH were statistical significance with OR and 95 % CI being 0.813 （0. 677 -0. 975 ）and 1. 326 （ 1.113 - 1. 580 ）respectively. Conclusion The infertility duration,basic FSH,basic LH and basic FSH/LH have a certain influence on the outcome of IVF, but infertility duration, basic FSH and basic LH are significant factors of clinical pregnancy.
