The Effect of Yield of Polingenesis Rice And Photosynthetic Products′ Distirbution of the Flag Leaf by the Different of Phytohormore Function

摘  要:用14C同位素示踪法研究了再生稻齐穗期不同激素处理下剑叶光合产物的分配情况,结果表明,再生稻齐穗期剑叶中的光合产物滞留率在6%~26%之间,72%~92%的剑叶光合产物转运到穗部,两品种光合产物分配规律均为穗>剑叶>剑叶叶鞘>茎鞘>非标记叶。剑叶光合产物滞留率越低,越有利于再生稻产量的提高。激素处理的叶片光合产物均较多地转运到穗部,激素处理有利于提高再生稻的产量。因此,选用穗粒数多且抽穗后剑叶光合能力强的品种进行再生培植,并进行适宜浓度的激素处理是获得再生稻高产的有效途径。The photosynthetic products′ distribution of the flag leaf at full heading stage of the ratooning rice and the different of phytohormone was studied by 14C trace technique.The results showed that:Retention rate of the photosynthate in flag leaves was 6%-26%,72%-92% of photosynthates from flag leaf was distributed to panicle at full heading stage,distribution of photosynthates the flag leafthe flag leaf sheathesstems and sheatheselse leaves.Low Retention rate of the photosynthate in flag leave was good for yield of rice.The phytohormone treatment promote the photosynthates distribution rate in panicle,and increase the yield of palingenesis rice.These results showed that choosing those varieties with more panicles and the photosynthetic capacities of the flag leaf sheathes after tassel of main crop would be benefit to gain higher yield.
