摘　　要：文章研究了智能全景电力调度自动化告警管理系统的设计和应用。在全面分析调度自动化值班告警系统需求的基础上,提出了系统设计原则,系统的软硬件结构设计和应用功能设计,并简要介绍了华北电网自动化智能值班告警系统的建设实例。It analyzed the design and application of intelligent panoramic power dispatching automatic warning management system. Based on comprehensive analysis on the demand of dispatching automatic attended warning system, it proposed the system design principle,structure design of hardware and software as well as application function design. The construction example of North China Power Grid automatic intelligent attended warning system was briefly introduced.
