摘　　要：文章总结了我国区域性科技文献资源共享服务的成就与不足,指出实践中存在的非合作性博弈与无序竞争是科技文献资源共享面临的最大问题,提出应从管理制度着手,加强科技文献资源分工协调建设,完善共享服务公益性体制,引入多元评估,健全监督和激励机制,培育和建设图书馆联盟合作文化,引导和推动科技文献资源共享服务的可持续健康发展。The article summarizes the achievements and inadequacy of regional science literature resources sharing in China and points out that the serious problem hindering the regional science literature resource sharing lies in non-cooperative game in practice. The author of this article holds that it is necessary to start from the construction of system, to stick to the policy of sharing the work and helping each other, to perfect the sharing system of public welfare, to introduce the mechanisms of supervision, stimulation and assessment, to cultivate the co-operative library consortia, and 1o guide and lead the sustainable development of the science literature resource sharing.
